Who can access the funds & when?

1. When can the assets of the trust be withdrawn?

   You have two options.

   1.  Standard Distribution Option (Maturity Age)

   The standard distribution is the designated age at which the Beneficiary has full control over the trust and may withdraw all of the assets from the trust regardless of the purpose.

   2.  Early Distribution Options

   Early distribution options allow you to choose when either a specified dollar amount or percentage of the trust assets may be withdrawn before trust maturity. Early distribution’s can be appointed for:

   1. Education;
   2. First time home purchase; and/or
   3. Other designated times.

2. Can the KissTrust assets be accessed under special circumstances?

   Yes.  If the Beneficiary becomes disabled, as defined by the Social Security Administration, he or she has the choice of continuing the growth of the trust or accessing it for financial needs.
