Who may establish a KissTrust?
A KissTrust may be established by anyone, for anyone...
- by a parent for a child
- by a grandparent for a grandchild
- by an aunt or uncle for a niece or nephew
- by a family friend for someone else's child
- by an employer for employees' children (employees will be taxed on this benefit)
- by anyone for disadvantaged children, orphans or children of soldiers, policemen and firefighters
Anyone can set up a KissTrust for a child as long as the child has a Social Security number and is a US citizen.
